I suppose it kind of counts as today, although it wasn't my car.

Had to break into Alanah's (Lawso's GF) car because she had locked her keys in there. Took lawso to punchbowl maccas at 11pm, and he had the spare key. At least he thought he did, because when we tried it the damn thing wouldn't work.

Ended up using the tool-kit in the back of dad's beamer to pull the radio antenna out of the car, pry'd the top of the door open with a couple of spanners and bent the antenna so as to open the door. Flimsy antenna wouldn't unlock the door, but it would wind down the window so we could get our arms in.

Highlight of the night: wog-box full of "fuly hektiks" saying "hey, hey bro, can you teach me how to do that?"

finally got around to putting in the new samco hoses and a coolant change.
and started to mount battery box ready for relocating

IIRC it depends on the transmission of your car??

And you will make a mess changing it over. Make sure you either catch the power steering fluid (as best you can) or have extra near by to replace.

Put in new front speakers
Put in new central locking acruator on passenger side
Installed new headunit..

All in the wifes car..

I got it off on the end.

Started off with open ended spanner, pretty much fucked it.

Then bought brake line spanners, was too far gone for them.

Ended up using "Stillsons"

i know have the correct spanners for all the other lines i gotta change lol

haha theres no blaming here, as I said I would of done it.

But yeah might as well part it out, don't bother getting it fixed.

I should sell it to you for 3k and you can scrap it, because its worthless now.

Saturday: Punched a hole in the front diff cover. Pissed oil out along the track but got it back to campgrounds.
Sunday: Pulled the bash-plates off. Have bent one, broken a weld and broken a cooling fin on the front diff cover, which tore the hole out. Fixed the hole with some metal-araldite equivalent. Filled with oil on the way home.
Monday: Bending the bash-plates back into their original shape. Just have to wait for the new diff-cover to arrive.
