I would love to do that but im a bit short on cash at the moment. I really reckon we should all meet up on the 30th though it will be awesome to take some late afternoon pics driving through the mountains etc and there is a couple of car park spots that would look good with all of us together.

Yeah ... I dunno about you guys but I want to start getting this QLD section rolling. We are the Slackest state of the forum! I went out and met up with alekazam last night and saw his and his wife's car..

He also agree'd and wants to get this started.

Now I hate the condition that my car is in atm but i'm just gonna start heading out and meeting people on the weekends, or during the week if possible to just see who's keen or whatnot. I work during the day on weekends and during the night on monday-wed but other then that i'm preety free. So if anyone wants to work on their car during the day on the week hit me up and i'll come give you a hand with what I can, and if i can't i'll come give some company and talk about FTO's....... mmmmmm..... FTO's...... Anyway... Yeah..
Just putting that out there too see what response I get.

TBH Id really like to get a big DIY day happening, I know we all have a lot of sh*t to be done to our cars so there should be sometihng to do for almost everyone. Just finding out a place to do it would be the problem. I really wish I had some more concreted area to work on. But I don't. If anyone has any idea's hit me up.

Thanks guys,
Kustom.

Guys you need to pick something and run with it. This thread alone has now 4 different ideas and suggestions. If you want to get it going pick a date and a idea and just do it.

Glorious is a much better run if your car is lowered. Nebo road is very rough.

i think if we have some toowoombians coming (quite a few active members from that way) we should cruise up to wivenhoe or somerset dam or something & meet them there for lunch (probably about halfway)

that way we can cruise up through Nebo / Glorious & back along the motorway for anyone that doesn't want to go back through the mountains (probably none of us lol)

My god we could actually have a cruise on our hands... :!:

I am thinking we could have 3 small meets: Northside, Southside and West – then each of those head to a [relatively] central destination and converge into main cruise? I will draft a suggested schedule and corresponding routes at lunch and shoot up the reply.
