I thought in the manual it says that if it's flashing at 1hz then it's could be one ofthe sensors?

Again started it up and put it in drive and it just revs and very very slowly moves forward (actually i dont know if moves coz of the gear box or because of the slight angle on my driveway)

Yeah did an oil change for it last week when it stuffed up.. yeah i think is the torque converter too. Well if your oil was not red when you changed it, I can only imagine your torque converter rippings itself to shreds causing your oil to burn.
