Yeah, was about to say. The bracket bolts are easy to get to on the auto, compared to the manual. haha.

Undo the two bolts holding down the selector cable bracket and push it aside to get to the input shaft sensor bolt
Hi sahin do you have to remove air filter box (the big black plastic box) to remove the two bolts?

Where are these 2 bolts located? Are they the ones in front of transmission oil filter?

Right above the sensor and one is partly obstructed by a little bit of the gearbox mount

I don't have a photo but you'll see them it holds down the selector cable (the cable that goes across the sensor you're trying to move)

Merry Christmas everyone

Managed to remove the bolt that was holding the selector cable

I was struggling to get any tools in there let alone able to undo the nut

Will try again tomorrow as the sun was coming down and i couldn't really see a thing

Thank you mate. I noticed that site mentioned couple of times but it escaped my mind when i was looking for the sensor

I couldn't find part number everywhere i search as i used the psrt number from this page http://www.camskill.co.uk/m3b17s12p7076 ... p_to_09_95 but in amayama i end up getting 2 parts for the same number. One with md prefix one without. I am not sure which one is the right sensor.

Cheers
