Hi all,
Well they are my vitals. I own two Mitsubishi Galants, one is the GSR with the AWD VR4 running gear and a stroked 4G63. The other I picked up a week ago and is the V6 model galant. I'm always on the look out for performance advise and as i'm new to the 6A12, thought this would be a great start.
Cheers Trav

I'm sure I've seen you once before. Parked on Oxford Street facing the city a few weeks back. I remember you because you are FTO888 and that very day I had seen FTO666.

Ok Guys/Gals, I have been reliably informed that this is the place for newbies to say hi. So HI from Kilkenny, Republic of Ireland.
I drive a 96 Gpx auto, blue which I imported myself into the Irish Republic via Barcelona, Spain (from Osaka).
Jap dealers in Ireland are bandits but I am mega pleased that I did it myself. So guys/gals please do not be strangers.
I am 37, married and a sober Irishman, ye don't touch the Guinness I am afraid but then again .......... Will post a pic when I know how. Av a good 1

Yep there is an fto in ireland with over 400 members, (
www.fto-ireland.com) and there is one in the U.K, (
www.ftooc.org). So you see guys/gals, you ain't alone.
I came across a very good item on fto's in the Wikipedia and among the things it lists is the amount of fto's produced and how many by the year. Have a go at
http://enwikipedia.org/w/indexphp?title=Mitsubishi_FTO. Thanks for the welcome folks

Hi all!
My name is Joe, I'm 31, I live in Ringwood Victoria and I'm an alcoholic... no wait, wrong forum!
I signed up here a couple of weeks back and I didn't even own an FTO lol. Since then I've actually purchased one and not from just anywhere but from a member (jester) right here at FTO Australia!!!
So I now own a beautiful 1996 FTO GPX Pyrenees Black with Green Pearl. It's a 5 speed manual with other features including Apexi springs, Jap Exhaust, High Flow Cat and a Version R Front.
It was when I played the first Gran Turismo game on the PlayStation that I had my first encounter with the FTO. For those familar with the game it was the FTO LM Edition (Black). I fell in love straight away. That was almost 8 years ago and still to this day my eyes cannot get enough of this car!
Back then I wasn't much of a car buff but when I first set my eyes on the FTO something inside me changed. I didn't realise man could create such beauty with a car. Anyway since then I've always dreamed of one day owning one. On Saturday the 21st of January that dream actually came true!!
Just yesterday I ordered my custom plates. In tribute of my first encounter with the FTO, Gran Turismo (1-4) and the awesome game that it is, my registration is a slim black plate to match the car and the plate reads "GTFTO".
I'll post some pics soon but in the meantime I'm on the lookout for some nice rims and a Version R rear spoiler to satisfy my asthetic needs. I think a search right here at FTO Australia Forums is a good place to start!
Anyway I look forward to good times ahead on the road and right here in this forum.
Welcome

This is Peter's boss, I've had to send him to hospital as he was laughing so hard from this poor attempt at humour.
You will be receiving a medical invoice for the trouble you've caused.

Hehe thanks guys,
I feel at home already, especially with the 'old people' comments lol. I feel I can undo my pants and slouch back on the couch with the remote resting on my belly already lol.
