Bit moar sanding after work, got a head ache and gave up
Also changed the motor on my mates white FTO with the crabshell kit, he said he's been through 4 in 18months, wondering could be causing it.? Any ideas?? To big or to little of a battery maybe??

they repainted the bumper and the front left 1/4 panel... have also found evidence (they showed me) where the rear of the car has been resprayed and its been blended up the C pillars...

basically aside from the boot, the bonnet and the roof its all been resprayed... cant find any evidence of previous repaired damage though...

i dont know how to feel about that but since its been painted anyway there's not much i can do about it except get over it and still enjoy the sh*t out of it... had a fun blat through the M5 tunnel on the way home.

LOVE this car

A necessary evil I am afraid.. Blending has to happen. You will never get a perfect match to aged paint.. At the end of the day, if the car is still painted in the original colour, and original parts, there is no reduction in value.

nah, it was the previous (unknown) respray that painted the rear... if these guys did the roof it would have been blending on top of blending
