Some small stuff covered at #TimKnottMotorsport yesterday. Re-re-re-re-tightened the oil filter obstructed by a rear extractor bank at the front. Tightened and adjusted the MOMO gear knob, and swapped out my drivers side outer door handle (cheers Dstocks) for one without a small piece broken on the inside that was making it loose.

Just over a week before car goes into the crash repairer barely a month shy of when I hit the roo.

Went to go pay for the timing belt/water pump on my car, they had lost the sheet with the price on it, so I don't have to pay it until next week :D

Washed, cut, polished, and waxed it.
Also pulled the 6X9s and put some sound deadening under them, and the parcel shelf in an attempt to kill the rattles...
Have a charity cruise and show & shine tomorrow so hopefully it looks half decent, ignoring the front bumper...

Nice and shiny!

Today I jacked up the the race car and removed the wheels, then saw the brake pads, they had absolutely nothing on them... So I replaced them.
I also removed the rear half of the exhaust because I can haha. I also tinted the fogs/parkers and the tail lights.

Next thing to do is put a seat back into it, and try tidy it up a bit more and then give it a test thrash I mean drive in a paddock.

Tim worked his usual magic because he is a wizard with a spanner for a wand. Extractors, Whiteline sway bar, and the Version R strut braces all off the silver car. Passenger hub of the white has play though, so that'll need taking care of.

I'll probably just grab one off Shane-o's-sh*t-shop when I've got the cash, prefer to sell the silver one in best condition it can be. (so to speak)

You'll be more jealous when they're yellow. ;)

I'm tempted to buy the peugeot off of the parents, just for the Brembos, which are the same as WRXs...
Well the pads are the same at least.
