And he just asked if it's too late to get in?

Jr do you actually want to get a set of these extractors??
If so then I do believe we have 10 people!

Sorry guy's been a little bit busy (DId I say busy or just plain crazy and hectic) and havn't had a chance to hop onto the forums.

Anyway looks like we got 9 confirmed and possibly 1 more.

In the spirit of things, I am going to announce the group buy is a go at 9 people (Although if we could get a 10th I wouldn't complain).

So here is what we need to do now.

(A) All those with there names down need to go to the rpw website at fill in the online order form link is

http://www.rpw.com.au/place_order.htm

(B) Place your details there and if you want the goods delivered to a different address (Only available if goods are prepaid before delivery) then place that information in the Vendor section, otherwise please place your details in both sections.

(C) Qauntity is of course 1, and description should be FTO Extractors V6 with a price of $550.00 incl GST.
(D) For those with ceramic coating options of course qauntity 1 and description being Ceramic coating value $400.00
(E) Freight for those pre paying the goods will be $35.00 incl GST.
(F) For those wanting them sent out via COD Australia post do not place a freight charge on the order form as that is paid directly to Australia Post.

Down the bottem of the order form, please provide your details being year of car, Mivec / Non Mivec and how you want it freighted to confirm COD Australia Post or TNT Road Freight. It sounds dumb but it can get confusing if not plainly stated with so many similiar orders.

Okay last bit - this group buy will not be in effect until I have 9 of these forms filled out in front of me. Secondly filling out this form is a legal order and as such you are committed to purchasing the components at the prices stated at time of invoicing the goods out to you. Unless we fail on our behalf to provide the gods etc etc etc you are legally obliged to take the goods.

I know this is all legal jumbo jargon but I have reduced the profit margin considerably on these systems and need to be certain that everyone holds up there end of the bargain this end. Not that I expect any problems :D

Anyway so go start filling in the forms - those that wish to pre pay via a bank transfer our bank details are on the order form which will email a copy to me and to you and you can transfer the appropiate amount to our bank account. Please ensure you place your name as a identification on the bank transfer.

The headers will take 1 week to coat for those that want them coated.

Otherwise I look forward to sending a heap out and seeing some positive results at dyno events, drag racing and other forms of motorsport where you show up all the other cars :D

OKAY IM DONE AS WELL

Just a quick query, ive heard from the uk website guys that fitting these things can be a bit tricky, especially on the non mivec ones, (just a rumor), something to do with moving a thermo fan or something. Like i said i could be totally wrong. Does it just weld on or does other stuff needed to be done

As i said i might have read the wrong things about this . Any tips you can give that i can pass on the my fitter would be great.

Thanks

No welding just remove the old exhaust manifold and bolt the new extractors on with a new gasket which i think is included.
The problem is old ones hard to come off due to rusting and not a lot of room in the engine bay.

I have found that removing one of the thermo fans can make the removal of the old system and fitment of the new system a lot easier, and then refit the thermo fan afterwards.

Thats pretty much it,

The only other issue as such is that hte non mivec models run a different flange on the cat converter due to smaller bolt pattern. Even though we will modify the units here, you may need to use a file to adjust the final width of the bolt on the flange on your car. Otherwise they are identical mivec / non mivec.
