removal of the front bumper

hey just removing my front bumper. to do a custom plastic weld of the original bumper.. does anyone have a guide.. for it? do i need to remove headlights or anything.. i cant find any other bolts ?

i think dstocks has one up on his site
and dont think u have to take the head lights off, cos u have to take the front bar off to take the headlights off. lol

haha yeah if i find a better pic il replace it . the neighbours are geting suss of all the missing dogs in the neighbourhood lol
