Took my car home for 30 mins for my lunch break today and when I got back in it noticed a huge crack about 30 cms long in the passenger bottom.
Just wanted to know if you know of anyone decent that replaces windscreens.
Dwanye, you wouldn't have a spare front windscreen mould laying around would you?
Thanks Guys
Christos

Someone is selling a windscreen for $70 in the FOR Sale section, but I don't think they are in your state.

Yep, I have 3 spare windscreens. Getting them out is my problem. That bloody new fangled glue they use is a real b#$#$h. Spent about half an hour on the one in Canberra and gave up in disgust. Think I need the right tools for the job!

yeah I know, I've already told him I'm buying it, and hes about 10 - 15 mins from me which is sweet.
Only problem is getting someone to put it in.
O'Brian want $168? and then said if we can't save the moulding then I'll need to get a new moulding. Bastards!
So justing checking if I should go to O'Brian or do you guys know anyone better?

Im not going to jump in on humble's sale, so if he is trying to sell his still, it will be easier for all (me included) if you go down that path. Especially as he is in Sydney and im not.
If his has already gone, Ill let one go for $60, but as I said before, im having trouble getting it out and then you still have to get it to Sydney somehow!

Would love to, but the time pressure tomorrow is going to be a shocker. At the moment im getting up at 4am to leave for Sydney. Will have the car loaded about 8 and will be back in Canberra by lunchtime and will then somehow manage to get a half a day in at work.
This is NOT turning out to be a laid back kind of week. Have some serious deadlines I need to meet for Friday. Could I skip straight to the weekend please.
Thanks for the offer though.

Thats cool. Like I've said since I've started working almost 6 years now

that it how weekends are planned is s**t. Should have been planned like this.
Monday to Friday is the days off work or weekend, and Saturday and Sunday is the working days.
Now wouldn't we all love that
But anyway if you find yourself running ahead of time and would like to relax for 5 mins and have some coffee, let me know.

Tried to get the windscreen fixed under my old claim on insurance but the assesor found a small tiny chip from a rock... stupid supersighted bast**d.
Anyway he "claims" he'll get me a windscreen brand spankin new and fitted for $170... sound suss to me but will see how it goes.
