how do you know there was a bolt and nut there in first place?
and how exactly did you get the bolt out?

awww sorry i was doing a service changing spark plugs n a heard a rattle when i took the throttle body off n shaked it n out fell a bolt, and i know theres a nut still in there cause when i start the car it rattles n then goes away. i thougt it might be tappets but it was way too loud.but i cant find where it is.unless it was the bolt and it bent and broke off a valve?

I cant believe how many times I heard almost the same story of foreign objects killing engines, at least 4-5 isolated incidents over the last 2 years.

you need a new engine,
search the forum, you will even find detailed pics of the same accident

And that was just a washer.... I'd hate think what a full size nut would do. Dont be driving it or starting it, start getting the heads off to look see.
