In the last 12 months there have been 539 new members

Of those 539 new members, 221 have posted - 41%

Of those 221 newbies, 64 of them have 20 or more posts - 11% of the 539

So every 12 months or so we get 64 regular posters.

So in theory every 6 months we'd get 32 or so new contributors.

Since we got 3000+ members now are we able to change it on the flyer from 100+, let me know if thats possible as i need to print more out
