LOL, this is good.
Well i guessunless they are not from ACT, then the chance of them getting away would be pretty slim.
Since ACT isn't that big, all the cops have to do is look up all the cars that is similar to the one in the photo and match the owner to the description of one of the 4 guys who did the distraction.
