this is the email fidanza sent me.

Our part #161781 has 110 teeth and a 7-bolt crank. The friction surface is 228.6 mm. I believe this may be the correct one. Here are the applications that we list for this part number:

92-94 Plymouth Laser 2.0L Turbo FWD (7-bolt crank)
92-98 Eagle Talon 2.0L Turbo FWD (7-bolt crank)
92-99 Mitsubishi Eclipse 2.0L Turbo FWD (7-bolt crank)

This is for the aluminum version.

Also, regarding the Helix clutch, as long as it bolts up to the stock flywheel, it will bolt up to ours.

We do not sell anything direct, but I checked our sales over this year and I don't have anyone in the UK that has purchased this flywheel. I do have a few distributors there that you can order one through or I can help you find someone in the States that may have it in stock and be able to ship it to you. Let me know what would work best for you.

Thank You,

dose the eclipse fly wheel fit the fto?

Oh gawd.... no idea. We'd have to look it up on CAPS.

Can you let me know exactly which model Eclipse? D32A (2WD Turbo) or the D38A (2WD turbo Spider open top)

Its ok, they seem to have the same flywheel (Eclipses that is)

Eclipse:
MD190916 - Flywheel
MD040556 - Ring Gear

Mivec FTO:
MD747797 - Flywheel

The look completely different.... and when you think about it, that makes a whole lot of sense, espcially as one is for a 4 cylinder & the other for a V6.

Why not just buy it from RPW? They seem to know which one it is...

Im getting my lightweight flywheel from them..

Jump on in on the group buy bandwagon for a better pricing..

i have great confidence in them, as they are rebuilding my entire engine (a good $7.5k worth)

GB ends in about a month or so...
