Just do a engine conversion, get a twin-cam 4G93 turbo or even a 4G63, the 4G93 would be easier pretty much the same engine but twin-cam and turbo.

Is there an FTO that was ever released in Australia? When I've been in Repco askin about parts they have a 'GD' or something listed in their books, I just figured that it was a 4 cyl native FTO, cause they usually don't list imports in their books... :?

No
