Are there separate ECU's for the engine and tranny? Or are they the same?

Yep, engine ECU sits behind the flares looped bit of plastic on the passenger footwell, the tranny ECU sits in the centre console (sort of under the ashtray)

I have both, just let me know which one it is that your after
