lets say i was on the track, I'm used to doing this turn at about 80-90 kmph but this latest time I've attempted the turn at the same speed i oversteered wtf caused this?

You were punching it in too hard & when you realised that, you backed off then hit the gas again when you'd slowed a little. I like to call it snap back!

having a stiffer sway bar in the rear than the front can give more of an over steer effect which the fto has, having the front sway bar stiffer gives you a more direct steering feel, or something along those line correct me if I'm wrong.

Wtf, degrading tyres? Or maybe you threw it in a bit hard and too much momentum. You're really pushing her if you're oversteering at 90, I've done that or more over roughly 45* bends that are on a rise and had nothing like oversteer.
