Good and Cheap 2nd tyre place

Hey guys, looking for cheap 2nd tyre place in melbourne for the fto, 17" 215, i've know one place in dandenong, 80% thread, only for $70 each fitted and aligned.
I reckon completefto or this forum should also put all the location and prices on parts that's commonly asked like Xenon HID, tyres, even Mechanics that's experienced with our fto so that it will be easier for everyone to get info!!!
