How many lines on intake manifold ?

Hey guys, just took off my intake manifold today and also replaced the intake system with the stock one. Car's running a bit funny...lots of popping noises haha and slow acceleration. How many vac lines are there for the intake manifold ? I've got the brake one plugged in, then the one near the throttle body (very thin) and also at the rear of the manifold i've got one plugged in (very thin).
Did i miss one underneath or something ? I've got 3 total plugged in.

did u adjust the accelerator cable back to the correct place?

Hey Jono,
The accelerator cable is fine. I must've fouled up the spark leads order. Damnit...who's got the correct factory config ? Lol. Car backfires like crazy atm

injectors plugged in?

Injectors plugged in yep. I must've got the spark plugs order wrong when i replaced them. Lol, you wouldn't happen to know the order would you JW ?
