1st post updated.
PM's replied.

Manofwood,

The HKS filter kit, along with UAS pipe honestly gives excellent gains at a low price. I got ~8kw atw with the HKS filter kit, UAS pipe, foam insulation from heat and heatshield. Increases from bottom end right to cutoff.

Here's what my dodgy but effective setup looked like

did the pipe fit with the battery in the way, or is that a mini battery? cant really tell...

That is the standard size battery for an FTO. And nope, it doesn't perfectly fit as the UAS pipe is really large to promote air flow. If you look carefully, i've got the battery clamp cable tied to one of the bolts from the coilover - which then allows the UAS pipe to clear the battery clamp easily.

Would you sell the heat shield separately ... ????

rock_it,

Lol, if you saw it in life, i bet you wouldn't want to buy it. It's so dodgy (yet effective). What i did was goto that foam place (on the kingsway) at caringbah and buy a large sheet of foam ($50) and then cut and shape it myself for the intake. I've seen members use sunshade material to make 'em too. So i'd much rather recommending you DIY...then you can shape it as your setup needs it (plus you got ARC intake chamber, size may be different, and positioning).

But if you really want to buy it... sure thing.

Hehehe ... OK then ... lol ...

I was thinking of doing a box inside a box...

so have 1 big box out of metal, then a smaller box inside... Inbetween I would use a filler (like a foam filler) so that it was insulated, and getting no heat from the engine .... If I were to do one myself, then that would be it...

Interested in the exshaust.

Question, im getting the extractors fitted whould this connect ok? And are you selling the CAT as well?

AMACHA,

Yep the hks super power flow kit has everything. Consists of the filter itself, filter element and i have 2 spares, one dry type 3 layer and the other wet type, the metal tube adapter (4") to fit to stock intake pipe or UAS pipe. Perfect for your 95 fto gpx. It WILL make mivec sound a lot more beefier. I recently put my stock intake system on...can barely hear mivec and no one looks anymore when the car hits mivec.

$10 bucks posting according to australiapost.com.au

Joejoe,
The axelback system will connect ok regardless of fitting extractors or not. I am not selling the cat unfortunately, as i'm keeping it for my next car. The exhaust was made at Bestmufflers in carlton (top work).

Note on pod filter kit: I've received two interested queries regarding the item, a post by AMACHA at ~7pm and a PM by Noccers at ~10pm. Putting this on record so if the kit suddenly sells, people won't accuse me of being unfair/bias.

Really glad to hear :D just wait till the rears are in and you get a front strut bar hehe. Forgot to mention btw, the front camber angles are already pretty good for street. Just a hint of camber, but you'd want to change 'em for the track.
