new pics after motor repairs

ok after 11 weeks of having no car its finally ready

and I know their is some ppl (Sam) that has not had their car for longer

things that where do to it -
a new bottom end pistons & rings,rods & bearings, main bearing set, cylinder block clean & hone, new cam belt, water pump,crankshaft linish, all new gaskets, cylinder head bolts, head port and polish and port match, vacum test heads, balance engine assembly,surface grind cylinder heads and a service as well (oils and so on)
and a high flow cat going in tomorrow.
it was put up on the dyno and run in and then a power test at this point its running 95ron fuel and it got 128kws atw and will be re tested after the highflow cat gos in.
I still have to do the pipe work upgraid to a 2.5" pipe and extractors so I dont think it will change a lot untill then

sh*t YEAH its about time! you'd get another 10-15kw at the wheels with pipe upgrades surely! keep me updated about wakefield if you're still keen for it bud

looks tidy.
my car is just about to go in for something very similar soon as well, just not as extensive as all the things you've just had done.
did u do the manifold polishing urself?

yep the manifold and cover it took about 50 work hours of sanding and a polish to finish it off and the spray as well. keep us updated on the upgraids maggsy
manofwood yep still up for the track to but I will be looking at that next year about feb/march
thanks ethix I just wanted to keep the blue and white theam all over the car

thanks Ben I just canweight to get some real race fuel in it to see what she dos (not shell fuel

Farrr that looks good mate! Impressive power too, 128kw atw before exhaust bits or piggyback...dayum! I know you're gonna go the full length too
Btw, that strut bar looks familiar, though the tops have changed colour

thanks yep still got some work th do on the beast
and yep the strut bar has changed lol fits like a glove thanks for that and the leeds help to

hey aza what paint did you use for the manifold and what paint did yu use for the manifold mate? could you possibly put up a diy for it?

he didn't use paint, he polished it with 50 hrs wirth of sandpaper. that's bare metal you're looking at. gotta put the elbow in to get that kind of finish
or a dremel

woops just realised what i typed i meant what paint did you use for the cover...the blue part and is that the same pain as what you used on the manifold (blue part).

AMACHA the paint was a heet pain blue and yep same for both
EURO all the CAI was done at pulse racing cost was $350 installed if I can remember right .
Khunjeng yep 128kw atw I am picking up the dyno sheet on monday or tuesday forgot it on friday tomuch of a rush to get every thing done for the car show and I will post it up for you to see it may be higher then that now as I got the high flow cat put on as well, but that went on after the car went on the dyno
