i'd go for a tribal design... like a dragon or tiger.
you'd be able to find a tonne of designs,
i'd look for something that's gonna hug the wheel arch.

these examples are pretty rough, but they'll give you an idea of what i mean -

i'd go for a silver or similar to keep it subtle...
but if you wanna go full-on... a metallic red would look pretty insane :D

if you go to the caribbean gardens markets on a wednseday or sunday
there's a few stalls there that would be able to do it for you.
i know there is one stall that has a tonne of photos of cars they've done.

address for the caribbean gardens can be found here -

You could also try the guy that does our club stickers (vinyl) - Kevin at CarX in Melbourne. Tell him your FTO Aus & he'll probably give you a discount.

but you have such a nice, clean, sexy FTO ... why do you want to go putting stickers all over it? :?

Get it airbrushed, & if you're going with a simple stencil-type job as above at least get it done in a really light grey & get them to do a cool blended effect, so that it looks like its embossed or indented into the metal :) it looks pretty effective. will see if i can find some pictures for you on the weekend.

The only decal/vinyl that I have seen that suited an FTO was Foulz ... I think it was a silver dragon ...

But thats the great thing about vinyls, its individualistic, who cares whether other ppl like it or not. But it is very nice when someone does complement ones ride.

I suppose anything thats done properly, and isn't too over the top, can compliment ones ride.

I'd personally like Kanji down the side

this is the kind of vinyl i want, in satin finish, along with the rear 'chopped' section where the taillights are in the same colour too. gonna cost a fortune...

That looks hot.....on that car. I've been screwing around with the idea of something like that for a wrhile. I think the biggest issue is trying to find a line that looks good to follow around the front wheel arch and forward, now I'm playing with starting something behind this point. There just seems to be too many angles forward of the front wheel to make it look good, would love to see pics of that moded on an FTO though, time for someone to get busy with an image editer ;)
