Old ladies driving

Two elderly women were bored sitting in the care home so they decided to take the Matrons car and go for a drive.
Edith was sitting in the passenger seat, barely able to see over the dash board when she though she saw a flash of red as they passed a traffic light.
Hmmm, she though, I could have sworn we went through a red light, I must be losing it.
A few minutes later the same thing happens and she thinks to herself, I’d better keep an eye open because I think we just ran another red light.
Sure enough, a couple of minutes later she sees a red traffic light and Ethel is calmly driving straight up to it without slowing down.
ETHEL, she screams there’s a red traffic light!!
Oh my God, shouts Ethel…
…am I driving!!!!!!!
