the main one I got from ''deviant art''... but I've been on the site for two days trying to track it down again so I can buy a high res pic and look into copyright... but I can't find it!!!!! Still looking.

Thank god! When I saw the thread title I was hoping that it wasn't gonna be another post about slapping some stickers on a car... I'm relieved to see that you're going with something more creative than a tribal sticker or a dragon decal :D lol

IMO - Almost anything will look good if its airbrushed.. Copyright will always belong to the original artist unless you contact them & get written permission to use it or pay them for it..

If you like the concept & the original artist has a stick up their ass & won't let you use it, I'm sure that an airbrush artist could come up with a similar design for you..

I suggest taking it in to Advanced Airbrush for a quote, I doubt it will be cheap, but they do good work.. http://www.airbrush.com.au/

Thats Karincomas art, and she does NOT give any type of permission to ANYONE using her work.

She has to watermark everything she makes now due to so many thefts. I'm not sure how she would take it being stuck on the side of an FTO.

Thanks for the link... my non stop search was getting tedious. I can't help notice your tone was somewhat suggestive. I have every intention of contacting and engaging the artist before commencing and don't appreciate the inference that I'd do otherwise. I appolise if I read you wrong though... and thanks for link.

Thanks for the tip and the link these guys do some amazing work judging by the pics on their site.
And yeah I haven't seen a decal that hasn't made me retch yet! I always get my hopes up.... only to be shocked with the lamenessness of the designs!!
