Question- Front end styling

Hi guys,

I'm talking to a panel beaters about repairs to my fto :(

The insurance company wants them to repair the stock front bumper. I thought I might take the opportunity to change to a new front end.

The issue is that the panel beaters are not totally keen to fiddle with a non standard bodykit. In their words "most of them fit like crap" and they don't want to screw around trying to get a good fit.

So I guess what I am asking is what experience do people have with the kits that are commonly available for the fto? Do they fit well or is it difficult to get an even fit? I was tending towards the veilside styling, but am not totally decided as yet.

Go to DMD. You hear nothing but good feedback from them. The others are all mixed.

I've never had anything done at DMD .. but apparently they used to be very good, but now they've gone down-hill trying to get as much money as possible by turning jobs out as fast as possible & not doing them at a high standard ..

but.. that's just what I've heard .. talk to I8AFRE about how good / bad they are - he had his respray done by them (but I think he's had to take it back quite a few times)

If the body shops don't want to work with bodykits, then go see a few more until you find one with no issues with it.
