So, I've seen these mentioned a few times on the forums here. Do they actually work as they claim to? If so, what kind of gains are actually attainable from using them? If they're not a load of crap, is this a decent price for them?

Any help would be appreciated. ;)

Yep, they perform better and last longer. This is good, because the rear bank of plugs is only accessible by removing the intake manifold (which tends to be a little exe if you get someone else to do it). The front bank are easy to get at, so not as important for these. At the very least, use iridium in the rear bank.

I cant comment on price im afraid, but im sure there are plenty of members that can.

I remember getting mine for $17 each at supercheap.

Also, make sure its the right heat rating. GR's are 6 and GPX is 7.
