Hey all...
Moving into a new place next monday and needing a 3rd person to join us...
Tis myself and Keiren (aka Nova).
There is off street parking available.
The place has been renovated recently and looks quite nice... Its a 3 bed, 1 Bath on a large block... very quiet street.
Located near capalaba
Rent will be $120 pw.
Bedroom will fit a queen bed... Medium sort of size...
Plenty of yard space...
Prefer someone with only 1 car... As I have 3 vehicles already and keiren has 2
Male or female doesnt matter...
Oh and if we say we dont wanna live with you, dont take it personally... Most of my good mates i would not live with...
