hazard wire location

i'm trying to install a central locking kit on my car and i m not sure where to find the wire to connect the hazard light wire to the kit

behind the switch
and central lockrelayis underdrivers side dash nextto fuse box

so behind the switch i can use that wire..
so when the kit send a signal to the wire it will make the lights blink.
will it stuff up if i make the lights blink + turn on the hazard lights at the same time... because there will be two signals giving power to the wire.
can you explain a bit about the relays for me please.
what does it do and how can i connect to them?
