Can anyone give me a rough estimate of how much it would cost to refill the holes and respray?
and anywhere on or near the sunny coast that would do it?

your looking at around the $500 mark. I took my spoiler off before but, i agree with everyone else and that is, it looks ungly if you dont fill in the holes and get a respray. What i would do though is just get a new bootlid without the spoiler holes, that way if you are after a change in the future you can just change the bootlid.
