question......
does anyone what model car would have 72mm butterfly for a TB machined to match? or would it be cheaper/easier to get a new one fabricated?

The only prob I have found with going for a bigger TB is the restriction on the manifold after it negates most of the advantage gained.

Now if you could fabricate a free flowing manifold and stick a 100mm Skyline TB on it, that would be something :D

just incase anyone is getting there TB/manifold etc enlarged to 72mm the place which ben told me above can supply the butterfly for $55 including postage

so IMO not bad if your local engineer charges you say $100 to $200 for TB etc and the butterfly is just $55 MUCH cheaper than RPW
