Few Parts For Sale

All items now up for grabs, unless sold.
Postage not included in prices/
1x UAS Intake Kit ready to go on with down pipe, apexi superflow pod filter, clamps and heat shield (sold - pending payment)
4x Stock fto rims (worthless) but with Near New Bridgestone Potenza G3's 205/50/16 on them.. Cost $1000 new will sell for $500 ono including free rims!
1x Pair of Mivec Heads (offer?) (minus cams, cam gears, Intake manifold and throttle body)
can include cams if need be
1x Set of 4 Mivec Cams (offer?) Good to play with and mod them maybe?! im sure someone could have a fiddle with these and get some good results!
1x Stock Fto Spoiler in white in a1 condition ($50 ono)
6x NGK Iridium Spark Plugs for Non-Mivec FTO (brand new) bought for $115 will let go for (gone!!!)
1x Greddy Emanage Blue (used) includes harness (sold!)
2x Sony Xplod 6.5' speakers Product no. XS-V1642A near new condition never used (sold)

ummm not sure its not as if they weigh that much... id have to say $5 as a rough guess? but i can find out for u...
im spewing how i have to sell these at a loss stupid pricks at bursons gave me the wrong ones even though i specified mivec and now they wont take them back!

If they have supplied you the wrong parts. They legally HAVE to give you your money back or exchange the goods.

well ive tried taking them back but it was after 2 months of purchasing them so they wouldn't take them back

oh and the intake!
seems to be a hot item!
id be really interested in someone with a gr engine buying the cams and sticking the mivec cams in their engine

Simon's right, 2 months or not, they have to give you your money back .. Fair Trading law is what they have to go by, their company policy doesn't mean jack in the eyes of the law..
Send them an email, request a response within i think it's 5 business days & if you don't hear anything go to Fair Trading ..
I don't understand how people get by in this world without knowing their rights as a consumer..

If they complain about it being 6 months down the track, then tell them what you just told us .. you tried to return it immediately, but were told to bugger off, then again when you went back you were told the same .. now you've been told it's illegal & you're going to fair trading..
