oil cooler fittings??

I'm thinking on getting an oil cooler for my car now but i'm not sure what fitting the gpx engine has to fit the sandwich plate , i was told to get a thermal sandwich plate as well but i've had no luck in finding on yet 
has any one got one fitted or can point me in the rite direction
