Not relating to the video, but does anyone read the comments for these things? Every single video that I have read all the comments for has an American and an Englishman battling it out. It's sooo pathetic...

Yep, and that is probably fair.
Have to say though if you read the comments, the most common response is "what if they aquaplaned and hit the kids". Now correct me if im wrong, but if the car started sliding when it hit the puddle, there would no way in the world that it would go anywhere near one of those kids...... into a tree 50 metres down the road maybe, but it would have to enact a 90 degree turn to hit a single one of the kids.

That is true.
Noticed something else too though. In order to actually miss the puddle in the video, you would have had to veer onto the wrong side of the road. Having said that, I guess they could have at least slowed down.
Now ill make it a bit mirkier. If you read the comments, there is suggestion by someone that claims to know both parties (kids and driver) that the kids were aware that it was going to happen and participated willingly. Does that change things.... I would have said no as far as the recklessness was concerned, but the rest.....
