hey guys, i just made myself some paddle shifters. and they work just like the sports shift, but obviously easier to use and faster to shift (can change gears as fast as u/the tranny will go). i just made them out of alluminium cut-outs and some switches, cost me about 8 bucks,, but im just wondering, how much would some1 pay for this? as in would some1 pay $1000+ for this instalation or add $3000 to the value of my car? il take some pics tonite and show all of ya's how to do it, just need to fix a pivot point on the aluminium parts (atm its just cardboard handles over the prongs of the switch,,ha,,,) but yeah. thanks

I doubt anyone would pay 1K for it. I guy on here from the UK was selling his for about the $400aud mark and no one brought any from what I am aware of.
Personally i will be just making my own.......when i get round to it lol

$1,000? You're kidding right?
I would pay at most $100, $50 to buy the materials and install them myself

There's 'markj113' who is a member here and the ftooc site, who was selling his kits for around 200 dollar mark...

youd get more approval to post up as a DIY...
turning your $8 to a grand is robbery
did it myself once, rigged up brackets to the wheel and mounted buttons
soon got over it
