2010 Cruise

Alright I think we now have engough whinging to warrant a cruise.
This cruise will determine if it worth organising more in the future.
What I am thinking.
Option 1
We meet in brissy (location yet to be arrange)
Head up through Mt glourious
Come out the other side and head to a little town called esk were we can have some lunch.
Then we can go where ever from there. Me and the misses will probably go and check out 10 aches of land which wont be very exciting but you are wll welcome to come and have a look.
Its porbably only 25 mins from there for the toowoomba guys to get back home and the brissy people can have a nice run back through hills.
Option 2
You all come down to the gold coast and we go the beach and have a swim and BBQ and then cruise the Mt tamborine hill run, then home.
Option 3
A DIY day. I will give anyone a hand with what they need to get done. These havent been terribly successfull in the past due to not reall having a place to do it. Jamies House was a good one though and we lowered chris's car on a set of new king springs.
Let me know what you think and we will sort all other details out from there.

hmm 22 views and only two respones lol....
Yeah milton macca's will be fine meeting point as long as it doesnt have a steep carpark and no speed humps would be a bonus.

Yeah, Milton doesn't have any hardcore speed bumps or anything, the only thing to worry about at Milton maccas is the police, theres always 3 / 4 police cars at any given time.

I'm definitely up for a cruise, since the beast will be back from the paint shop on Friday... As long as I can get some new suspension under the FTO within the next few weeks to make it drivable with the new front bar (too damn low.)

Yeah fully, you sound like a bunch of whinging little school kids lol.
Dont worry what your car looks like. You should have seen my car on the very first cruise i went on.....
When i brought it had been keyed on every single panel, roof rust, was red, stock everything. Tharts the whole point of cruises to inspire and create the urge to do more to your car.

I'd be up for anything late March at the earliest. Back on the road now but still got to sort my belt issues and the bloody belt or bearing noise that I'm hearing now. Too pull the belts of again on the weekend for a look
Just out of curiosity how many of you coast people would be intersested in a DIY day up here (Pete has tons of room, including 3 undercover bays). If it's later in the year I'd be happy to put on a BBQ that night and maybe if you guys are interested we could sort some cheap accomodation for you all, and have some drinks or whatever that night?
Mostly I'm asking cause I really want Simon to have a look at my belts and tell me what he thinks
