Hear we go again shell fuel is in the headlines again for contamination lol.
Today tonight just had a report on it.

Bloody shell.. i don't use it often. When they have a good batch, i find it the most powerful of the lot though. I think my car was tuned on shell 98 hrmm.

I have not tuched shell since the motor went on me from the bad fuel I got from the almost two years ago.

BP ultimate = Better economy

Caltex Votex98 = slightly better performance

in syd bp and shell both run out of the same place so I think ppl can do the math with that one, oh and the refinery has a big yellow sign out the front of a big shell :roll:

I work at bp. Pretty much the big difference between us and others that have 98 octane is that we never let our tanks get low, they are at least half full at all times to ensure u dont get sh*t in the bottom of the tanks.

All fuel actually just comes from one refinery, im not sure about freedom i think they get theres from somewhere else. But yea it all gets trucked up here. There is no real difference in any of the fuel, just where its stored that could affect its performance.
