FTO AUSTRALIA

Decided to take some time off before uni starts so Im now up at surfers for a week and Im not too sure what to do, got a hire car to get around in so traveling around isnt an issue. Anyone from up here got some suggestions? Also got some 50cc scooters

Well depending on your cash level, you should definitely check out:

Infinity
Theme Parks (Dreamworld is my fav)
Hooters Restaurant
The beach (It's free!)

There's plenty more to do, but that's all that comes to mind right now...

You're a really easy drive away from Brizzy, so you could always check out Southbank or something as well

sky diving?
tiger moth flight?
drive through the hinterlands?
Dracula's? (the dinner and show, food is pretty meh, but the show's pretty good)
indoor shooting range?
strippers?
brothels?

The Spit on a sunday, many of QLD's best cars come out on sunday arvo n go through there, always good fun

Yup and then you can watch them get trapped by the police and have the whole car inspected. Love when they bring the tow truck out lol..... My car never goes down there lol.

Restaurants: Chang Mia Thia - surfers most of the other places suck ass in surfers
The best fish in chips on the coast is Pete's fish market on the spit

Go-Karts Kingston Speedway - Brissie

Clothes shopping Harbour Town

Aqua Duck - Never been on it myself but heard great things

Also they have some great boat cruises. There are usually people standing round surfers selling tickets to those.. Great fun esecially if your single

Thanks for the suggestions guys, will look into them, so far:

Went to infinity, draculas haunted house and ripleys museum.

Plan on going quad biking through the hinterland, dreamworld (which should be less packed now school holidays are over), kayaking+snorkelling, hitting jupiters, jet skiing...

best nightclubs include:

1) shooters
2) bedroom
3) sin city
4) melbas

Melbas is good.

You have no idea guys...... seriously. Bedroom is alright but the others listed are sh*t.

Platnium is good but there are way better places.... The places the tourist dont go lol.

Might hit up 'the bedroom' tonight or tomorrow night, its pretty highly recommended.
