problem with road

first let me tell you the background of my problem

hockey fields at wyong have a driveway into them that is about 500m long or so
it has massive speed humps all along it, like 10+ of them
(i think they have them there to stop people racing up and down there)
i had a minor injury last week and it was agony driving along there when i was leaving (gf was driving not me)

my concern is that what if someone suffers a fairly major injury and has to go along these bumps, apart from them being in agony couldnt they injure themselves further?

i know people from my club who have complained about it but only to each other i dont think anyone has tried to do something about it
who would i email my concern to? rta? local council?
and is it even worth me emailing them about it? or will they just send me a reply "thankyou for your concern" and then delete my email

cheers

Haha
will they just send me a reply "thankyou for your concern" and then delete my email
^This, guaranteed.

EDIT: If you do wish to complain anyway, it's more than likely on private property owned by the hockey club, so emailing the RTA is useless. Contact the club committee directly.

There are engineering standards set for speed humps. Unfortunately the rule generally is that if it doesn't damage the vehicle, in either their height or angle of ascent/drop off, then they pass... These also isn't a rule on how many there can be - at least in Qld.

Best advice i could give would be to literally crawl at like 0.5km over them.
