Just out of curiosity has any body ever tried to get an unused engine threw Mitsu?

I know this would be very expensive and not probably not worth it at all , but I just thought I might ask, as you never no , new engine from Mitsubishi could actually be very cheap. (Probably not though)

Has any body enquired about this? Even just as a joke, to see how much they would sting you for?

new crate motor are damn expensive period!

if anything get a half cut and get it rebuilt.

to give you an idea, i once enquired about a brand new Evo 6 motor from Mitsubishi (coz i was contemplating an evo motor swap) and guess what price i got quoted for the 4G63B?

$10K just for the head and block, and that's without the turbo, manifold, intercooler, wiring/looms and ECU! :shock:
