Whiteline rear sway bar

Just got them. The bar looks nice and solid. Wonder what are the 2 brackets used for?
The brackets are they are pretty amateurish welded.... :cry:

I'd assume they replace the stock mounting brackets for the rear bar.

I agree they don't look real solid though do they...

mine didnt come with the new mounts. what bitches.

the stock ones snap with the heavy dutybar.

mine did didnt sound pretty.

i think the bush on the drivers sidde has cracked as well.

sigh

22mm dia. thats the thickest whiteline have for GPX. $225 including postage.

I may have to look into them as I think the VR's are only 20, I could be wrong.

I don't see why those brackets need to be replaced :?

Use the stock ones already on the car, I did.

got it installed today. Found that the new brackets have to be used as the new bolts cannot fit the stock brackets. The brackets which holds the bushes cannot fit the stock brackets as well. Went for the stiffest setting and it felt pretty tight at turns.

oh yeah, the rear feels really stiff now. form current bumpy, to now very bumpy!

Thats super close to the exhaust! Did you get any clanging noises?
