hey guys
i've been wondering
i want to change the stock exhuast system
my current option is the hks superdragger
apexi N1
and the piping from UAS
which is better??? UAS has proven KW gain would HKS and APEXI be better?
and also with cold air intake would it be better if i use the HKS induction for fto?
thanks !

Just to clarify the UAS piping is the front pipe of your exhaust setup. The Apexi and HKS systems for the FTO are cat-backs. Ideally you'd probably wanna get both as changing just one of em will mean there'll still be restrictions in the system.
And just my opinion, but give it a bit a thought before your go for the big Jap brands like Apexi and HKS. I think the only thing they've got going for them is brand name power.

you will find that the HKS Superdrager is gonna be much more expensive than the Apex'i N1 by a couple hundred bucks, but it sounds beautiful... N1 sounds more like a hardcore racer (and it can be pretty loud) but i think it's also slightly lighter due to a smaller barrel.
UAS has a front pipe only, not the full exhaust system so i'm presuming you can still adapt the UAS front pipe onto the existing exhaust system or even once you've changed the cat-back system.
whether you choose HKS or Apex'i, it's all in the name but you get the same typical meticulous Japanese quality (although you wil pay through your nose for one) and the difference in performance between the two is negligable either way (at best).
the FTOOC once did a roadtest on a number of aftermarket airfilters and the HKS was the pick of the bunch due to highest flow but as with any HKS products, they are quite expensive.

the UAS front pipe bolts onto the CAT so there will be no need to adapt it...
the JAP brands are far too expensive imho you can build a system which is better for cheaper.

Like some people have already mentioned on these forums, an air filter woun't give the most benefit with the stock intake piping, where the restrictions lie.
You can either get the UAS kit with the Air Filter, or you can just get the better/larger intake piping from UAS and add your own airfilter.
The difference between good airfilter is small. I think some website in the UK did a test on these.
Just my 2 cents.
