Hi guys,
looking at replacing my brake and coolant fluids this weekend but what would you recommend for the FTO?

Model is a 1995 GR.

Prefer something from Supercheap auto as it's the most convenient place to buy from.

On an unrelated note, is it possible to fit a POD filter to the standard intake pipe without much mucking around? Just want a new POD filter for now and then later down the track get a new intake pipe

Cheers

Brake fluid. Any dot4 or dot5 will do. Get Motul 5.1, if you want best stuff.

Coolant. Any green coolant with high glycol %/l will do. Eg. Nulon brand.
You might wanna get a concentrate coolant and mixed it yourself with demineralised water, coz a full coolant change plus flushing requires more than 5L. So, 5L pre-mix coolant won't be enough. (Correct me if i'm wrong.)

POD intake. You'll need a silicone joiner to suit between the size of your POD inlet that you chose and the original intake pipe diameter. And a hose clamp to fix them together.
I'm not sure what VIC regulation is on that. In QLD, POD intake needs to be well secured as in not hanging around like a dick. While in NSW, it needs to be secured plus well enclosed due to noise pollution regulation.

Ohh, well secured as in fixed to chasis with metal bracket and not just a simple zip-tie job.
Or, get ready to be defected when you met some c**nts that interested on your engine bay.
