I have been planning my year out, and also working on the plans for the new house for myself and the wife.
At about midday today, the horrid realisation hit, that I will be 30 in 3 years.

it all goes downhill I turned 31 last year, got married now wife wants kids and im struggling to be allowed to buy a bike without it being a major decision

moral is stay young

I am 32.. I think..

But yeah luckily had the bike and toys before marriage.. So kind of get away with it.. Buy yeah, I still get a little bit of harassment over it..

Nothin' wrong with being in ones 30's! Im a little badler than I used to be (the hair migrates south to where you've never had hair before) and the waistline grows a little.

And yeah, key is to have the toys before getting there. I got the boosted FTO & the resto mini cooper to keep me occupied... oh & I just bought a caravan + annex in a private caravan park on the centrol coast

Add the house & I've got enough DIY to keep me occupied till death

That's probably the biggest problem though, I bought ALL the toys.

In time I've removed some of my line up, but yeah, simply bought way too much I've now realised.

The fleet will be down to 3 cars come mid year sadly, and I will be buying another bike, but perhaps not till next year.

Well, we don't have the house yet.
And with the realisation of impending doom, I've moved the dead line ahead and plan to start talks with the bank and a developer at the end of this year.
I want to be in my own house, reasonably financial secure, and then wake up one day find I have a 10yr old kid... or something.

Had all the toys but lost a few of them along the way. Been married longer than some of you have been alive from the sound of it and just getting started collecting toys and stuff again. Most of mortgage will be paid off in a couple of years and Mags out of uni and hopefully back in work as well so cash flow will return.
