GR (non mivec) Gates T954, 226 tooth belt.

I'm sure you already know, both these belts listed are aftermarket, don't bother getting a genuine one, just too expensive and no difference.

You can get your local parts shop to order one in for you.

Brenton got me to order the one for his GPX. Repco, Super Cheap and Bursons were all able to get them in within 3-4 days. Repco I believe was the cheapest at about $130-$140 (I think) however I found their staff hopeless to deal with. Super cheap was a about the same price, and Bursons was significantly dearer, although I find they're not deaf, and do know how to use a computer.

Ebay also isn't bad, think it was about $100 but it was going to take a while to get it.

EDIT: Just found where I had bookmarked the timing belt on Ebay and it was $198

Apparently it's a ball crusher of a job, cos you've gotta take pretty much everything off; if you ask Brenton (Brent 88) he did his within the last 6 months so he might be able to help you out; pretty sure he has photos as well.

6 Months to do the belt WOW! World record for the slowest timing belt change ever. They aren't the most pleasant job in the world but you get there in the end :)
