CYLINDER HEAD

Guys,
Since d design of 6A12 MIVEC Head is actually split into to, 1 with gasket and 1 without gasket (the one that bolt to the block). Since this is only sealed with this some sort of silicon, this tend to wear out eventually which causses some major oil leak issue coming out from the head.
Questions:
1. Is there anyone here experiencing this oil leaking problem (from d cylinder head)?
2. How to fix this problem?
3. What kind of silicon glue/seal is best to use to help avoid this leaking?
any help or infor will be grately appreciated.
