Try Ichiban Performance. I bought a manual MIVEC half cut from here to put in my CE Lancer. Offered great service and the half cut was well priced.

Also what was the final cost of the change over all up?

Half cut was $1850 and timing belt kit $285. I work at a car franchise so sundries were 'free'.
