Replacing Radiator hoses

Hey guys,
can i also get some help on replacing Radiator hoses?
What do i need to do?

get the two hoses going to the radiator, pull them off and replace them. Coolant will come out, so you might as well do a full flush imo.

Does any one know where to buy shiny colourfull hoses from... say blue ones?
