Hey guys,

I'm sorry if its already been covered and i've done my looking around but anyway here goes:

I'm looking at getting new Shocks (KYB) and springs (KINGS) and while i'm at it i should replace all my bushes with these right?

SPF1160 Front Control Arm - Inner Front Bushing
SPF1500 Front Control Arm Lower - Rear Bushing
SPF1344 Front Sway Bar Mount to chassis bushing (16mm)

Is there anything else i may need to get?

and what sort of cost may i be looking at?

cheers guys

Thanks guys, what are the part numbers for the bushings on the rear?

I went to a Tyre shop close to my work and i was really hoping that they would be good because, it would be so convenient to just drop my car off and walk to work etc but, i dunno they seemed a bit dodgy and they couldn't even get a quick quote together for me.

At least, they put my car up on a hoist and i could see that most bushings needed replacing.

Tomorrow after work I'll go to a few other proper suspension shops and see what they say.

its hard to qoute jobs cause they dont know the cost of the parts and being a fto not many people know any thing bout them so they dont like to qoute untill they have all the facts

that suspention thread has a lot of info and part numbers and places to buy from and how to do the work your self if you are handy and want to save money

Yeah, I can understand that though it has now been over week and they still haven't given me a quote and I've rang them once and gone in to see them since then as well. Obviously they don't want my business :?

I think the best option is to order in the springs, shocks and bushes that need replacing and get them installed somewhere as, I'm pretty hopeless with tools lol
