kicker subwoofer for sale

hey, i was wondering if anyone or anyone you know would like to buy a brand new 12'' 600watt kicker subwoofer,
theres no picture cause well its still in the box lol,
brand new it cost $350 on sale,
it has its own carpet covered housing/box, and all recipts and warranty manuals etc,
im open to considering all offers,
or a trade if anyone has a reasonbly decent amplifier, or any other fto part your willing to trade (:
