Ok so vinyl wrap interior or have it painted? Was talking to the guy at proseat he said he had is painted by a panel beater I was just gonna vinyl wrap my interior..?

I prefer wrap ... No chance of it getting scratched off...

But hey, just me ... I actually prefer to have the whole thing wrapped in proper material.. Like what I did the the Evo...

Look it's your Fto, but the idea of an orange interior scares me...

vinyl wrap means you can go back to factory a hell of a lot easier.

Dstocks that looks amazing, was that hard to do, and very true you just peel it off, im sold.

Dwaynes isn't wrapped, it's carbon fibre dipped and he sent it down to Melbourne to get it done professionally.

And worth every cent IMO.

Oh true looks like it would be worth it! I might have to do that but the amount I'm looking to do might be a bit to pricey

ive done whole console (as pictured), doors (as pictured), inside headlights, vents in top corners of dash, the outside bits between the window and the wing mirrors. So quite a few bits really. Nice thing is they still look like they were done in the factory rather than as an afterthought. previous FTO was done in woodgrain. Kaz has that set now.

How much did it cost?

Dont paint it, just get it dipped it will be worth it.

From memory around $600 for the interior. That was for quite a few bits too. Having said that, it was about 3 years ago now, so prices will most likely have changed. I actually have bought the stickers in the past. Look OK from a distance, but the joins are very visible and the edges eventually lift in the heat. Overall they look tacky IMO. Painting unless its done right has the same result (and really reduces the sale price of your car). Im a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to this sort of thing, but I think its well worth saving up for.

And a piece of advice, less is more. If you do too many bits, it ends up looking like a jigsaw puzzle. What you want is to lift the interior so its not plain black without going too far over the top.

Well my game plan was to pull out all the interior and wrap in carbon fibre and do the trims in orange and wrap all the way around then put it all back in so it couldn't peel up at the corners and such And take the extra time to do it as well as possible apposed to just putting it straight on with the dash and stuff in the car

Dstocks where did u get the speedo backing from it looks bitchn ?

KMC in the UK. Pretty sure you wont find them anymore though. Think he closed up shop.
